Watching the Hillary Clinton grilling by the Senate, McCain comes across as a bitter old man who's still campaigning for the presidency, four years later.  But Rand Paul was particularly vicious.  Both seemed more concerned with somehow showing that Obama and Rice were trying to cover up the fact that this was a terrorist attack then trying to prevent it from happening again.  Republicans were trying to discredit Hillary ahead of the 2016 elections, but I think they did more to discredit themselves.
